Members can submit their events or flyers by completing this form, which includes an upload section below for your flyer and event details.

• Submissions are reviewed at the Chamber’s discretion.

• Approved items appear in our Member Happenings email—a weekly roundup of what’s happening in Owen County, exclusively featuring Chamber member events.

• This email goes out every Friday to a large and growing subscriber list.

• Check your spam, promotions, or filtered folders if you’re not receiving the emails.

• Add our email address to your safe senders list to ensure delivery.

We also promote member events on 97.7 FM, three times a day on:

• Monday

• Tuesday

• Wednesday

This form also includes a question asking whether you’d like your event considered for radio promotion.

• Radio inclusion is also at the Chamber’s discretion.

• Because these ads must be recorded in advance, the Chamber follows a strict cutoff:

  • All radio requests must be submitted by the Friday before the ad is scheduled to run.

  • The Chamber records the radio spots on Friday, so anything submitted after that point cannot be included for the upcoming week.

  • Radio inclusion is still at the Chamber’s discretion, based on timing, content, and available space.
