1. Eligibility:

• Participants must shop at participating local businesses on Small Business Saturday.

• Receipts must be dated for November 29th, 2025 (Small Business Saturday) to qualify.

2. How to Enter:

• Bring your receipts to the Owen County Chamber of Commerce on December 1st or December 2nd (the Monday & Tuesday following Small Business Saturday).

• Receipts must be presented in person during business hours (9 AM - 4 PM).

3. Raffle Tickets:

• For each unique local business where a purchase was made, participants will receive one raffle ticket.

• Multiple purchases from the same business will count as one entry.

• A bonus raffle ticket will be given for each positive review you give to the member businesses you shopped at on November 29th.

4. Drawing and Prizes:

• The raffle drawing will take place on the Wednesday following Small Business Saturday.

• Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of raffle tickets.

• Winners will be announced on the Owen County Chamber of Commerce website and social media channels.

5. Prize Collection:

• Winners must claim their prizes within one week of the announcement.

• Prizes can be collected from the Owen County Chamber of Commerce office during business hours.

6. General Rules:

• The Owen County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to verify the authenticity of receipts.

• All decisions made by the Owen County Chamber of Commerce regarding the raffle are final.

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules.
